Bulletin does not charge for consultations, solution design, or implementation. A consultation does not obligate either side to begin a project.

Some solutions may use paid third-party products. We will explain those costs before anything is implemented, and you decide whether to proceed. Your organization keeps ownership of its accounts, data, and delivered solution.

We will agree on project scope, responsibilities, and appropriate access before implementation begins.
